What is Tele-Health Service?
Connecting with your Psychiatry Mental Health provider online is a great way to get the mental health care you need from the comfort and safety of your own home. For Telehealth, all the client need is an internet access on their computer, tablet or Smartphone.
All our Telehealth services are virtual using a secure HIPAA compliant video platform to connect with our clients from the comfort of their home.
The MYIO Portal link is sent to the client to download. This link is the beginning of the provider-client relationship where all your confidential, sutured HIPPA-protected medical records are stored. Also, consent forms are signed during the intake process.
A live video link is included in the MYIO portal to establish a connection for the provider to assess, diagnose, and provide an evidence-based treatment and render evidence-based supportive therapy, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and prescribe medication based on your DSM-5 diagnosis.
